...A strong thunderstorm will impact portions of Young and
northwestern Jack Counties through 645 AM CDT...

At 603 AM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 8
miles northwest of Lake Graham, or 10 miles south of Olney, moving
northeast at 35 mph.

HAZARD...Penny size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Minor damage to outdoor objects is possible.

This storm will remain over mainly rural areas of Young and
northwestern Jack Counties, including the following locations...
Jermyn, Antelope, Newcastle, Jean, Padgett, Loving, and South Bend.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

Frequent cloud to ground lightning is occurring with this storm.
Lightning can strike 10 miles away from a thunderstorm. Seek a safe
shelter inside a building or vehicle.
