.DISCUSSION...A slow moving upper level low pressure system over
southern Saskatchewan will continue to bring gusty northwest winds
tonight through Thursday. It will also bring snow showers at times mainly
north of the Missouri River through Thursday night. While the low
moves to the east on Friday, gusty north to northwest winds will
continue until high pressure moves into the area Friday night.
