* Severe Thunderstorm Warning for...
  Northern Mitchell County in north central Kansas...
  Southeastern Jewell County in north central Kansas...

* Until 800 AM CDT.

* At 713 AM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located near Glen Elder,
  or 11 miles northwest of Beloit, moving east at 35 mph.

  HAZARD...Golf ball size hail and 60 mph wind gusts.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...People and animals outdoors will be injured. Expect hail
           damage to roofs, siding, windows, and vehicles. Expect
           wind damage to roofs, siding, and trees.

* Locations impacted include...
  Scottsville.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Prepare immediately for large hail and deadly cloud to ground
lightning. Seek shelter inside a well-built structure. Stay away from
windows.
