...THE SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING FOR NORTHEASTERN CLAY AND NORTHERN
SHERMAN COUNTIES IS CANCELLED...

The storms which prompted the warning have moved out of the warned
area. Therefore, the warning has been cancelled.

A Tornado Watch remains in effect until 800 AM CDT for south central,
central and east central Nebraska.

...A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 415 AM CDT
FOR GREELEY...NANCE...VALLEY...YORK...NORTHEASTERN HAMILTON...EASTERN
FILLMORE...MERRICK...SOUTHWESTERN POLK AND NORTHEASTERN HOWARD
COUNTIES...

At 404 AM CDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line
extending from 6 miles southwest of Burwell to near Spalding to near
Hordville to near Ohiowa, moving north at 50 mph.

HAZARD...70 mph wind gusts.

SOURCE...Automated Weather Station. At 351 AM CDT, the Ord airport
         measured a 75 MPH wind gust.

IMPACT...Expect considerable tree damage. Damage is likely to mobile
         homes, roofs, and outbuildings.

These severe storms will be near...
  York, Fullerton, Exeter, Spalding, McCool Junction, Clarks, Polk,
  Milligan, and Belgrade around 410 AM CDT.
  Benedict around 415 AM CDT.
  Stromsburg and Waco around 420 AM CDT.

This includes Interstate 80 between mile markers 339 and 365.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Tornado Watch remains in effect until 800 AM CDT for south central,
central and east central Nebraska.

Remain alert for a possible tornado! Tornadoes can develop quickly
from severe thunderstorms. If you spot a tornado go at once into the
basement or small central room in a sturdy structure.

For your protection move to an interior room on the lowest floor of a
building.

Intense thunderstorm lines can produce brief tornadoes and widespread
significant wind damage. Although a tornado is not immediately
likely, it is best to move to an interior room on the lowest floor of
a building. These storms may cause serious injury and significant
property damage.
