.DISCUSSION...Showers decrease through the afternoon, ending by
evening with breeze northwest winds. Clouds scatter out overnight,
returning tomorrow afternoon with a slight chance for a shower.
Overnight a shallow inversion will set up with light drainage winds
shifting west to northwest late in the morning after the inversion
breaks.
