...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT NORTH CENTRAL NORTON COUNTY
THROUGH 845 PM CDT...

At 825 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 9
miles northwest of Norton, moving northeast at 45 mph.

HAZARD...Nickel size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Minor hail damage to outdoor objects is possible.

This storm will remain over mainly rural areas of north central
Norton County.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until 900 PM CDT for
northwestern Kansas.
