655 FLUS43 KGRB 270836 HWOGRB Hazardous Weather Outlook National Weather Service Green Bay WI 336 AM CDT Sat Apr 27 2024 WIZ005-010>013-018>022-030-031-035>040-045-048>050-073-074-280845- Vilas-Oneida-Forest-Florence-Northern Marinette County-Lincoln- Langlade-Menominee-Northern Oconto County-Door-Marathon-Shawano- Wood-Portage-Waupaca-Outagamie-Brown-Kewaunee-Waushara-Winnebago- Calumet-Manitowoc-Southern Marinette County- Southern Oconto County- 336 AM CDT Sat Apr 27 2024 This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for north-central and northeast Wisconsin. .DAY ONE...Today and Tonight Southwest winds of 20 to 30 mph with gusts to around 45 mph are expected by this afternoon over portions of east-central Wisconsin. Rounds of showers and thunderstorms are expected into tonight. The greatest potential for storms will be early this morning over central and north-central Wisconsin, and far northeast Wisconsin, including the Door Peninsula. There is a chance of additional storms to then develop between 3 pm and 9 pm, mainly south of highway 29. An isolated strong to severe storm will be possible during this time. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Sunday through Friday Periods of moderate to heavy rain are possible Sunday and Sunday night that may lead to isolated flash flooding in urban and low lying areas. Rivers will be on the rise through the middle of next week, with a few of them possibly reaching bankfull stage. There are chances of thunderstorms at times through the middle of next week. The storms are not expected to be severe at this time. .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT... Spotter activation may be needed at times this weekend. Late tonight, there is the possibility of a sudden wind shift and increase in wind speeds as a cold front drops southward across the area. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Sunday through Friday Hazardous conditions for small craft are likely Sunday into Sunday night due to gusty easterly winds or high waves There are chances of thunderstorms Sunday night through the middle of next week. Stronger storms are possible Sunday night into Monday that could pose a significant threat to boaters. $$ JLA/Eckberg
