.DISCUSSION...Fresh northeasterly trade winds will prevail today, then
will ease tonight through Tuesday morning as high pressure builds far to
the northeast and northwest. A trough will increase showers briefly on Tuesday.
However, the more significant feature will be a developing low pressure
system to the north, which will bring more widespread showers back to
French Frigate Shoals by the end of the week. This feature will also
produce a large, locally generated short period swell that will arrive
late Wednesday.
