...FLOOD WARNING IN EFFECT UNTIL 945 AM CDT WEDNESDAY...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is occurring.

* WHERE...A portion of southeast Texas, including the following
  county, Orange.

* WHEN...Until 945 AM CDT Wednesday.

* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying
  and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 944 AM CDT, gauge reports indicated the river gage on Cow
    Bayou near Mauriceville is near 19 feet with moderate
    flooding occurring in the warned area.
  - Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is
    expected. The bayou is expected to fall below moderate flood
    stage by late Wednesday or early Thursday.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Vidor.
