For waters beyond five nautical miles of shore on Lake Erie

Waves are the significant wave height - the average of the highest
1/3 of the wave spectrum. Occasional wave height is the average of
the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.SYNOPSIS...A trough of low pressure averaging 29.90 inches will
swing across the eastern Great Lakes today with another trough
expected on Thursday. High pressure will build to 30.30 inches as
it expands across the Great Lakes by Friday. The high will drift
slowly to New England over the weekend.
