GREAT LAKES WILL REMAIN IN PLACE THROUGH TUESDAY. WEDNESDAY THE
LOW WILL DRIFT TO NEW ENGLAND AS HIGH PRESSURE 30.40 INCHES BUILDS THROUGH
THE NORTHERN PLAINS TO THE UPPER MIDWEST. THE HIGH WILL CONTINUE
TO BUILD INTO THE LOWER OHIO VALLEY THROUGH FRIDAY MORNING.
MEANWHILE ANOTHER LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM WILL SLIDE ACROSS THE
CENTRAL AND EASTERN GREAT LAKES AND FORCE AN ARCTIC COLD FRONT
SOUTH ACROSS THE LAKE.
