For waters beyond five nautical miles of shore on Lake Erie

Waves are the significant wave height - the average of the highest
1/3 of the wave spectrum. Occasional wave height is the average of
the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.SYNOPSIS...Low pressuer 20.40 inches over western Quebec will
continue northeast dragging a cold front across the lake this
evening. Wednesday a surface trough averaging 20.90 inches will
follow swinging southeast across the lake. Wednesday night high
pressure centered in central Canada will drop southeast Thursday
building to 30.30 inches as it centers itself over and north of
the lakes Friday and Saturday.
