BUILD ACROSS LAKE ERIE THROUGH FRIDAY. THE HIGH WILL MOVE TO NEW
ENGLAND THIS WEEKEND AND BECOME NEARLY STATIONARY. WEAK LOW
PRESSURE 29.90 INCHES WILL MOVE UP THE OHIO VALLEY OVER THE
