.SYNOPSIS...LOW PRESSURE 29.65 INCHES OVER LAKE ONTARIO WILL MOVE
OFF THE NEW ENGLAND COAST OVERNIGHT. HIGH PRESSURE AVERAGING
30.20 INCHES WILL MOVE ACROSS THE UPPER OHIO VALLEY MONDAY NIGHT
AND MOVE OFF THE MID ATLANTIC COAST TUESDAY.  A LOW 29.40 INCHES
WILL MOVE SLOWLY SOUTHEAST ACROSS LAKE ONTARIO EARLY WEDNESDAY
PULLING ANOTHER ARCTIC COLD FRONT ACROSS LAKE ERIE THEN LEAVING A
TROUGH OF LOW PRESSURE OVER THE EASTERN LAKES THROUGH THURSDAY.
