.SYNOPSIS...A 29.4 INCH LOW WILL MOVE INTO THE UPPER LAKES
OVERNIGHT AND TUESDAY AND THEN DRIFT INTO THE OHIO VALLEY AND
DISSIPATE ON WEDNESDAY. A COLD FRONT ASSOCIATED WITH THIS LOW WILL
CROSS THE LAKE LATE AND EVENING. ON THURSDAY AND FRIDAY A 30.6
INCH HIGH WILL BUILD ACROSS SOUTHERN QUEBEC WHILE A 29.9 INCH LOW
IS FORECAST TO STALL ACROSS THE OHIO VALLEY.
