FOR WATERS BEYOND FIVE NAUTICAL MILES OF SHORE ON LAKE ONTARIO

.SYNOPSIS...A 29.3 INCH LOW IS LOCATED JUST SOUTH OF JAMES BAY THIS
EARLY MORNING. A COLD FRONT FROM THIS LOW IS NOW JUST EAST OF LAKE
ONTARIO. A 30.2 INCH HIGH OVER THE PLAINS WILL THEN BUILD EAST
ACROSS THE OHIO VALLEY AND UPPER GREAT LAKES TODAY BEFORE MAKING ITS
WAY ACROSS THE LOWER GREAT LAKES TONIGHT AND THURSDAY. A 29.9 INCH
LOW WILL DEVELOP OVER LAKE HURON THURSDAY NIGHT AND TRACK SOUTHEAST
TO PENNSYLVANIA ON FRIDAY. A STRONG 30.6 INCH HIGH FROM THE CANADIAN
PRAIRIES WILL THEN BUILD ACROSS ALL OF THE GREAT LAKES DURING THE
COURSE OF THE WEEKEND.
