BEFORE EXITING ACROSS THE SAINT LAWRENCE VALLEY ON TUESDAY FOLLOWED
BY ANOTHER WEAK 29.9 INCH TROUGH TUESDAY NIGHT. A MORE SIGNIFICANT
28.7 INCH COASTAL LOW WILL DEVELOP NEAR THE GULF OF MAINE LATE IN
