BEFORE REACHING NEW ENGLAND TOMORROW. A 29.2 INCH LOW WILL THEN
MOVE FROM LOWER MICHIGAN TUESDAY EVENING TO THE SAINT LAWRENCE
VALLEY WEDNESDAY WITH A TRAILING COLD FRONT CROSSING THE LAKE
EARLY WEDNESDAY MORNING. A STRONG 30.7 INCH HIGH WILL THEN BUILD
INTO THE GREAT LAKES AND OHIO VALLEY ON THURSDAY.
