For waters beyond five nautical miles of shore on Lake Ontario

Waves are the significant wave height - the average of the highest
1/3 of the wave spectrum. Occasional wave height is the average of
the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.SYNOPSIS...A 30.7 inch high over the Ohio Valley today will move
to the St Lawrence Valley by tonight. A 30.1 inch low in the
vicinity of Lake Michigan Monday morning will drift east and cross
the lake Monday night and Tuesday. Another 30.7 inch high over
Missouri Wednesday morning will move east across the Ohio and
Tennessee Valleys Wednesday afternoon into Thursday.

chance of flurries early. Waves 1 to 3 feet subsiding to 1 foot

.MONDAY...East winds 15 to 20 knots becoming southeast 10 to 15
knots. A chance of snow in the afternoon. Waves 3 to 5 feet
subsiding to 2 to 4 feet.
