SLOWLY EAST TOWARDS LABRADOR THROUGH SUNDAY WHILE WEAKENING BACK
TO 29.3 INCHES. ANOTHER 29.6 INCH LOW WILL THEN MOVE FROM THE UPPER
LAKES MONDAY TO WESTERN PENNSYLVANIA BY TUESDAY MORNING BEFORE
REDEVELOPING OFF THE MID ATLANTIC COAST BY LATE TUESDAY.
