PLAINS EAST TO QUEBEC THIS AFTERNOON. A WEAK TROUGH AVERAGING 30.1
INCHES WILL THEN CROSS LAKE ONTARIO ON SATURDAY BEFORE A 30.4 INCH
HIGH BECOMES CENTERED OVER THE GREAT LAKES ON SUNDAY. THIS HIGH WILL
MOVE TO NEW ENGLAND BY MONDAY AND WEAKEN TO 30.2 INCHES BEFORE
DRIFTING OFF THE EAST COAST MONDAY NIGHT.
