EVENING AS A 29.5 INCH LOW MOVE FROM WESTERN QUEBEC TO EASTERN
QUEBEC. A WEAK SECONDARY COLD FRONT WILL CROSS THE LOWER LAKES
WEDNESDAY EVENING. A 30.2 INCH HIGH WILL THEN BUILD INTO THE
CENTRAL LAKES THURSDAY BEFORE BUILDING ACROSS THE LOWER LAKES AND
NEW ENGLAND BY FRIDAY. THIS HIGH WILL DRIFT OFF THE NEW ENGLAND
COAST BY SATURDAY.
