LAKES AND MID ATLANTIC STATES TUESDAY NIGHT. A STRENGTHENING STORM
IS FORECAST TO MOVE UP THE EAST COAST ON WEDNESDAY AND ACROSS NOVA
SCOTIA THURSDAY WHILE A WEAKER LOW CUTS ACROSS THE OHIO VALLEY.
