28.9 INCH LOW OVER THE EASTERN DAKOTAS WILL WEAKEN TO 29.4 INCHS AS
IT STALLS NEAR LAKE SUPERIOR ON TUESDAY AND WEDNESDAY. AN OCCLUDED
FRONT ASSOCIATED WITH THIS LOW IS FORECAST TO CROSS THE LAKE EARLY
TUESDAY FOLLOWED BY A COLD FRONT WEDNESDAY NIGHT. THE SLOW MOVING
29.4 INCH LOW WILL THEN MOVE EAST ACROSS QUEBEC THURSDAY BEFORE
REACHING THE CANADIAN MARITIMES FRIDAY.
