PROVINCE TODAY BEFORE MOVING TO NEW ENGLAND BY SUNDAY. BY MONDAY A
29.6 INCH LOW IS FORECAST TO MOVE ACROSS LAKE SUPERIOR WITH A
TRAILING COLD FRONT MOVING ACROSS THE CENTRAL LAKES. THE COLD FRONT
WILL CROSS THE LAKE LATE MONDAY NIGHT. A 30.3 INCH HIGH WILL THEN
BUILD OVER THE UPPER LAKES BY TUESDAY.
