PENNSYLVANIA THIS AFTERNOON BEFORE WEAKENING AND MOVING OFF THE MID
ATLANTIC COAST ON TUESDAY. A 30.3 INCH HIGH CENTERED OVER THE
WESTERN LAKES WILL BUILD TO THE CENTRAL LAKES TUESDAY THEN TO THE
LOWER LAKES WEDNESDAY BEFORE MOVING EAST TO NEW ENGLAND BY THURSDAY.
A WEAK TROUGH OF LOW PRESSURE AVERAGING 30.0 INCHES WILL THEN DRIFT
THROUGH THE OHIO VALLEY THURSDAY AND TOWARDS THE LOWER LAKES FRIDAY.
