THROUGH TONIGHT. TWO AREAS OF LOW PRESSURE WILL MERGE AS A 29.1 INCH
LOW OVER THE MIDWEST STATES ON SUNDAY THEN SHIFT NORTH ACROSS THE
UPPER GREAT LAKES SUNDAY NIGHT WHILE RAPIDLY DEEPENING TO 28.5
INCHES. THE STRONG STORM SYSTEM WILL THEN MOVE TO JAMES BAY MONDAY.
THE STORM SYSTEM WILL THEN QUICKLY EXIT ACROSS NORTHERN QUEBEC ON
TUESDAY WHILE A 30.3 INCH HIGH WILL BUILD ACROSS THE LOWER OHIO
VALLEY.
