For waters beyond five nautical miles of shore on Lake Ontario

Waves are the significant wave height - the average of the highest
1/3 of the wave spectrum. Occasional wave height is the average of
the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.SYNOPSIS...A 29.5 inch low over Lake Huron this morning will move
to southern Quebec by late this afternoon while deepening to 29.3
inches. A strong cold front trailing this low will cross the lake
late this afternoon and evening. This low will then continue into
the Canadian Maritimes by Monday morning. A 30.4 inch high over
the southern Plains Monday will build into the Ohio Valley and Mid
Atlantic Tuesday and Wednesday.

TONIGHT...

.TODAY...South winds 15 to 25 knots becoming southwest and
increasing to 35 knot gales late this afternoon. Showers with a
chance of thunderstorms late. Some thunderstorms may produce gusty
winds late. Waves 1 to 3 feet building to 5 to 8 feet. Waves
occasionally around 10 feet.
.TONIGHT...West gales to 35 knots becoming northwest and
diminishing to 15 to 20 knots after midnight. Showers with a
chance of thunderstorms early. Scattered showers after midnight.
Some thunderstorms may produce gusty winds early. Waves 9 to
12 feet subsiding to 5 to 8 feet. Waves occasionally around
15 feet.
.MONDAY...Northwest winds 15 to 20 knots. A chance of showers in
the morning. Waves 3 to 6 feet subsiding to 2 to 4 feet.
.MONDAY NIGHT...Northwest winds 15 to 20 knots becoming southwest
and diminishing to 5 to 10 knots. Waves 2 to 4 feet subsiding to
1 to 3 feet.
.TUESDAY...Southwest winds 15 to 25 knots becoming west. Waves
2 to 4 feet building to 4 to 7 feet, then subsiding to 3 to
5 feet. Waves occasionally around 9 feet.
.WEDNESDAY...Southwest winds 10 to 15 knots increasing to 15 to
20 knots. Waves 2 to 4 feet.
.THURSDAY...Southwest winds 15 to 20 knots becoming west 10 to
15 knots. Waves 2 to 4 feet subsiding to 1 to 2 feet.
