For waters beyond five nautical miles of shore on Lake Ontario

Waves are the significant wave height - the average of the highest
1/3 of the wave spectrum. Occasional wave height is the average of
the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.SYNOPSIS...A 29.5 inch low over the Eastern Lake Ontario region
will deepend and track northeast into Northern New England this
evening. Following the passage of this system, 30.1 inch high
pressure will build briefly across the lower lakes Wednesday night
and Thursday.

.THIS AFTERNOON...North winds 15 to 25 knots becoming west to
30 knots. Periods of snow. Waves 2 to 4 feet building to 5 to
8 feet. Waves occasionally around 10 feet.
.TONIGHT...West winds to 30 knots becoming northwest. Periods of
snow. Waves 5 to 9 feet. Waves occasionally around 11 feet.
.WEDNESDAY...Northwest winds to 30 knots. Snow in the morning,
then snow showers likely in the afternoon. Waves 6 to 10 feet.
Waves occasionally around 13 feet.
.WEDNESDAY NIGHT...Northwest winds 15 to 25 knots. A chance of
snow showers in the evening, then snow showers likely overnight.
Waves 5 to 8 feet subsiding to 2 to 4 feet. Waves occasionally
around 10 feet.
.THURSDAY...Northwest winds 15 to 20 knots becoming west 5 to
15 knots. A chance of snow showers. Waves 3 to 5 feet subsiding
to 1 to 3 feet.
.FRIDAY...Southwest winds 5 to 15 knots becoming west. Snow
showers likely. Waves 1 to 3 feet.
.SATURDAY...West winds 10 to 15 knots becoming southwest. A
chance of snow showers during the day, then a chance of flurries
Saturday night. Waves 2 to 4 feet.

.WEDNESDAY NIGHT...Northwest winds to 30 knots diminishing to
15 to 20 knots. Lake effect snow showers. Waves 8 to 11 feet
subsiding to 3 to 6 feet. Waves occasionally around 14 feet.
.THURSDAY...Northwest winds 15 to 20 knots diminishing to 5 to
10 knots. Snow showers likely during the day, then a chance of
snow showers Thursday night. Waves 3 to 6 feet subsiding to 2 to
