FOR WATERS BEYOND FIVE NAUTICAL MILES OF SHORE ON LAKE ONTARIO

.SYNOPSIS...A 30.2 INCH HIGH WILL BUILD ACROSS THE OHIO VALLEY TODAY
BEFORE WEAKENING TONIGHT. A WEAK 29.8 INCH LOW WILL THEN DRIFT
ACROSS LAKE ERIE FRIDAY BEFORE REDEVELOPING OFF THE MID ATLANTIC
COAST ON SATURDAY. THIS LOW WILL RAPIDLY DEEPEN TO 29.1 INCHES AS IT
MOVES NORTH OFF THE EASTERN SEABOARD THROUGH SUNDAY. MEANWHILE A
30.4 INCH HIGH WILL BUILD FROM THE UPPER MISSISSIPPI VALLEY SATURDAY
INTO THE OHIO VALLEY BY SUNDAY.
