1/3 OF THE WAVE SPECTRUM. OCCASIONAL WAVE HEIGHT IS THE AVERAGE OF
THE HIGHEST 1/10 OF THE WAVE SPECTRUM.

.SYNOPSIS...WEAK HIGH PRESSURE AVERAGING 29.9 INCHES WILL DRIFT
EAST OFF THE NEW ENGLAND COAST THIS AFTERNOON. A 29.5 INCH LOW WILL
MOVE FROM THE OHIO VALLEY TODAY TO LAKE ERIE THURSDAY...THEN WILL
GIVE WAY TO A SECONDARY 29.4 INCH LOW ALONG THE NEW ENGLAND COAST BY
FRIDAY MORNING. THIS LOW WILL MOVE INTO THE CANADIAN MARITIMES BY
SATURDAY AS A 29.9 INCH HIGH BUILDS INTO THE GREAT LAKES REGION.
