QUEBEC THROUGH TONIGHT. AN EXPANSIVE 30.3 INCH HIGH CENTERED OVER
THE UPPER MISSISSIPPI VALLEY ON SATURDAY WILL BUILD ACROSS THE
LOWER GREAT LAKES SATURDAY NIGHT AND SUNDAY. A WEAK COLD FRONT
WILL MOVE SOUTH THROUGH ONTARIO AND QUEBEC ON MONDAY AND STALL
NEAR LAKE ONTARIO.
