MORNING WILL SHIFT NORTH TO THE SOO AND DEEPEN TO 28.9 INCHES BY
DAYBREAK TODAY. THE STORM WILL CONTINUE TO DEEPEN AS IT WILL PUSH
NORTH TO NEAR JAMES BAY BY THIS EVENING...THEN WILL EXIT ACROSS
NORTHERN QUEBEC TONIGHT. A 30.3 INCH HIGH WILL BUILD ACROSS THE
OHIO VALLEY TUESDAY. THE AREA OF HIGH PRESSURE WILL PASS OVER
THE LOWER GREAT LAKES AND MID ATLANTIC STATES TUESDAY NIGHT. A
STRENGTHENING STORM IS FORECAST TO MOVE UP THE EAST COAST ON
WEDNESDAY.
