.SYNOPSIS...A 28.9 INCH LOW OFF CAPE COD WILL CONTINUE TO
STRENGTHEN UNTIL THIS AFTERNOON...THEN WEAKEN AS IT MOVES NORTH TOWARD
THE CANADIAN MARITIMES BY WEDNESDAY. BY THAT TIME...A 30.3 INCH HIGH
BUILDS INTO THE OHIO VALLEY.  A 29.7 INCH LOW WILL MOVE THROUGH
THE GREAT LAKES THURSDAY BEFORE MOVING OFF THE EAST COAST FRIDAY.
