THURSDAY NIGHT WILL BUILD ACROSS THE UPPER GREAT LAKES ON FRIDAY
BEFORE SETTLING ACROSS THE OHIO VALLEY FRIDAY NIGHT AND SATURDAY. ON
SUNDAY A 29.1 INCH LOW ACROSS THE UPPER LAKES IS FORECAST TO TRACK
ACROSS SOUTHERN QUEBEC SUNDAY NIGHT AND OFF THE MAINE COAST ON MONDAY.
