ON MONDAY...FOLLOWED BY A SECONDARY COLD FRONT TUESDAY AND TUESDAY
NIGHT. IN THE WAKE OF THIS SECOND FRONT...A 30.1 INCH HIGH OVER
CENTRAL CANADA WILL RIDGE ACROSS THE UPPER GREAT LAKES WEDNESDAY...
AND THE LOWER LAKES ON THURSDAY.
