SOUTHERN MICHIGAN TONIGHT AND THEN INTO SOUTHERN ONTARIO PROVINCE BY
MONDAY BEFORE MOVING INTO QUEBEC MONDAY NIGHT. A COLD FRONT TRAILING
THIS LOW WILL CROSS THE LAKE MONDAY EVENING. A 30.4 INCH HIGH WILL
THEN BUILD FROM THE UPPER GREAT LAKES TUESDAY TO THE LOWER GREAT
LAKES BY WEDNESDAY.
