TO SOUTHERN QUEBEC THROUGH TODAY...WITH ITS TRAILING COLD FRONT
CROSSING LAKE ONTARIO THIS EVENING. IN THE WAKE OF THE FRONT...A
30.4 INCH HIGH WILL THEN CROSS THE LOWER LAKES REGION BETWEEN FRIDAY
AND SATURDAY. A 29.7 INCH LOW WILL DEVELOP NEAR MINNESOTA WHILE THE
SURFACE HIGH MOVES INTO NEW ENGLAND SATURDAY NIGHT AND SUNDAY.
