AND CONTINUE TO DEEPEN AS IT WILL PUSH NORTH TO NEAR JAMES BAY BY
THIS EVENING...THEN WILL EXIT ACROSS NORTHERN QUEBEC TONIGHT. A 30.3
INCH HIGH WILL BUILD ACROSS THE OHIO VALLEY TUESDAY. THE AREA OF
HIGH PRESSURE WILL PASS OVER THE LOWER GREAT LAKES AND MID ATLANTIC
STATES TUESDAY NIGHT. A STRENGTHENING STORM IS FORECAST TO MOVE UP
THE EAST COAST ON WEDNESDAY.
