VALLEY THIS EVENING AND WILL SLOWLY FILL WITH TIME. A 30.0 INCH
HIGH NEAR OHIO IS FORECAST TO BUILD ACROSS THE LAKE LATER TONIGHT
AND THURSDAY AND THEN INTO QUEBEC ON FRIDAY. THIS WILL BE REPLACED
BY A 30.3 INCH HIGH WHICH WILL REMAIN ACROSS QUEBEC OVER THE
WEEKEND...WHILE A 29.3 INCH LOW DEVELOPS ACROSS THE SOUTH CENTRAL
