NIGHT. A 30.4 INCH HIGH IS THEN FORECAST TO BUILD ACROSS CENTRAL
QUEBEC SATURDAY NIGHT AND REMAIN IN PLACE THROUGH MONDAY.
MEANWHILE A 29.4 INCH LOW WILL ORGANIZE OVER THE SOUTHEAST STATES
SUNDAY AND MOVE TO NEAR THE DELMARVA BY LATE MONDAY WHILE
DEEPENING TO 29.2 INCHES.
