BEFORE REACHING THE OHIO VALLEY AND MID ATLANTIC SATURDAY. A
TROUGH AVERAGING 30.0 INCHES WILL SWING ACROSS THE LOWER GREAT
LAKES SUNDAY WITH HIGH PRESSURE TO FOLLOW ON MONDAY.
