STALLS NEAR LAKE SUPERIOR TONIGHT AND WEDNESDAY. A COLD FRONT
ASSOCIATED WITH THIS LOW IS FORECAST TO CROSS LAKE ONTARIO WEDNESDAY
NIGHT. THE SLOW MOVING LOW WILL THEN MOVE EAST ACROSS QUEBEC
THURSDAY BEFORE REACHING THE CANADIAN MARITIMES FRIDAY. THEN A
30.3 INCH HIGH WILL BUILD ACROSS THE OHIO VALLEY AND INTO THE
LOWER GREAT LAKES OVER THE WEEKEND.
