.SYNOPSIS...A 29.4 INCH LOW OVER LAKE SUPERIOR WILL MOVE SOUTH TO
THE OHIO VALLEY TONIGHT AND WEDNESDAY WHILE WEAKENING TO 29.8
INCHES. AS THE LOW MOVES TO THE CAROLINAS WEDNESDAY NIGHT AND
THURSDAY...A 30.6 INCH HIGH WILL BUILD ACROSS QUEBEC TO ONTARIO.
THIS HIGH WILL REMAIN IN PLACE THROUGH THE WEEKEND...WHILE THE
SURFACE LOW WILL FURTHER WEAKEN AS IT MOVES BACK NORTH TO LAKE
