BUILD TOWARDS THE EASTERN GREAT LAKES WEDNESDAY AND THURSDAY.
ANOTHER 29.4 INCH LOW WILL ADVANCE TOWARDS THE CENTRAL GREAT LAKES
REGION ON FRIDAY.
