FOR WATERS BEYOND FIVE NAUTICAL MILES OF SHORE ON LAKE ONTARIO

.SYNOPSIS...A 29.4 INCH LOW OVER THE UPPER GREAT LAKES WILL
INTENSIFY AND PUSH NORTH TO JAMES BAY BY LATE TONIGHT. ITS
ASSOCIATED COLD FRONT WILL SWEEP ACROSS THE LAKE LATE THIS
AFTERNOON. A 30.2 INCH HIGH OVER THE PLAINS WILL THEN BUILD EAST
ACROSS THE OHIO VALLEY AND UPPER GREAT LAKES ON WEDNESDAY BEFORE
MAKING ITS WAY ACROSS THE LOWER GREAT LAKES WEDNESDAY NIGHT AND
THURSDAY. A 29.9 INCH STORM WILL DEVELOP OVER LAKE HURON THURSDAY
NIGHT AND TRACK SOUTHEAST TO PENNSYLVANIA ON FRIDAY. A STRONG 30.6
INCH HIGH FROM THE CANADIAN PRAIRIES WILL BUILD ACROSS ALL OF THE
GREAT LAKES DURING THE COURSE OF THE WEEKEND.
