TRACKS ACROSS THE UPPER LAKES TODAY AND INTO QUEBEC SUNDAY... WITH
ITS TRAILING STRONG COLD FRONT CROSSING THE LAKE DURING SUNDAY. IN
THE WAKE OF THIS FRONT...A 30.3 INCH HIGH WILL BUILD ACROSS THE
LOWER LAKES MONDAY AND TUESDAY...THEN WILL SLIDE OFF THE EAST COAST
