For waters beyond five nautical miles of shore on Lake Ontario

Waves are the significant wave height - the average of the highest
1/3 of the wave spectrum. Occasional wave height is the average of
the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.SYNOPSIS...A 29.4 inch low will move from eastern Pennsylvania
into Southern New England this morning, then weaken and move off
the New England coast by this evening. A 30.8 inch high will build
across the upper Mississippi Valley by this time. This high will
drift east across the Ohio Valley and Lower Great Lakes tonight
and Sunday. The heart of the high pressure system will move across
Quebec Sunday night and Monday while a weak storm system will
approach from the midwest. This weak low pressure will cross the
Lower Great Lakes Tuesday.

chance of snow showers late. Waves 3 to 6 feet.
.TONIGHT...Northwest winds 15 to 20 knots diminishing to 10 to
15 knots. A chance of lake effect snow showers. Waves 2 to
4 feet.
.SUNDAY...Northwest winds 10 knots or less becoming southwest. A
chance of lake effect snow showers. Waves 1 to 3 feet subsiding
to 1 foot or less.
.SUNDAY NIGHT...South winds 10 knots or less becoming southeast
10 to 15 knots. Waves 2 feet or less.
.MONDAY...Southeast winds 15 to 20 knots becoming south 10 to
15 knots. A chance of snow during the day, then snow likely
Monday night. Waves 2 to 4 feet subsiding to 1 to 3 feet.
.TUESDAY...Southwest winds 15 to 20 knots becoming northwest
10 to 15 knots. Snow likely during the day, then scattered snow
showers Tuesday night. Waves 2 to 4 feet building to 3 to 5 feet,
