THIS MORNING...WITH A TRAILING 30.3 INCH HIGH OVER CENTRAL ONTARIO
PROVINCE GRADUALLY BUILDING SOUTHEASTWARD TO THE NEW ENGLAND
COAST THROUGH FRIDAY. A 29.6 INCH LOW IS THEN FORECAST TO DEVELOP
NEAR THE UPPER LAKES LATER SATURDAY AND TRACK INTO QUEBEC ON
SUNDAY...WHEN IT WILL SWING ITS TRAILING COLD FRONT ACROSS THE
LAKE.
