OVER THE LOWER MISSISSIPPI VALLEY ON THURSDAY WILL EXTEND NORTH
ACROSS THE OHIO VALLEY AND LOWER GREAT LAKES THURSDAY NIGHT. THE
HIGH WILL BECOME CENTERED OVER THE MID ATLANTIC REGION FRIDAY AND
