EAST COAST OVERNIGHT AND MONDAY. A COLD FRONT...ALONG WITH A
SURFACE WAVE OF LOW PRESSURE AVERAGING 29.5 INCHES WILL MOVE
ACROSS THE LOWER LAKES ON TUESDAY. FOLLOWING THE COLD FRONTAL
PASSAGE...AN AREA OF HIGH PRESSURE AVERAGING 30.2 INCHES WILL
BUILD TOWARDS THE EASTERN GREAT LAKES WEDNESDAY AND THURSDAY.
