UPPER MICHIGAN TODAY TO LAKE ONTARIO BY EARLY TUESDAY MORNING BEFORE
SHIFTING OFF THE MID ATLANTIC COAST BY LATE TUESDAY. THE LOW WILL
LINGER OFF THE NEW ENGLAND COAST THROUGH THURSDAY WHILE HIGH
PRESSURE MOVES INTO THE CENTRAL GREAT LAKES.
