SIMILARLY WEAKENS LATER TUESDAY. A MUCH STRONGER AND CONTINUOUSLY
DEEPENING LOW WILL THEN MOVE TO THE THUMB OF MI AT 29.4
INCHES WEDNESDAY EVENING...AND CONTINUE TO DEEPEN TO 28.7 INCHES
AS IT MOVES JUST EAST OF JAMES BAY THURSDAY.
