FOR WATERS BEYOND FIVE NAUTICAL MILES OF SHORE ON LAKE ONTARIO

.SYNOPSIS...A BROAD AND DISORGANIZED AREA OF LOW PRESSURE WILL
WEAKEN TO 29.9 INCHES AS IT DRIFTS ACROSS THE OHIO VALLEY AND
MID ATLANTIC STATES THROUGH FRIDAY. HIGH PRESSURE WILL THEN BUILD
BACK ACROSS THE REGION FROM THE NORTH FRIDAY NIGHT. ANOTHER BROAD
AREA OF LOW PRESSURE AVERAGING 29.8 INCHES WILL TRACK ACROSS THE
OHIO VALLEY SUNDAY AND TO THE EASTERN SEABOARD MONDAY WITH A
SURFACE TROUGH THAT WILL EXTEND NORTH INTO THE LOWER GREAT LAKES.
