For waters beyond five nautical miles of shore on Lake Ontario

Waves are the significant wave height - the average of the highest
1/3 of the wave spectrum. Occasional wave height is the average of
the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.SYNOPSIS...High pressure over the Canadian maritimes will push
further off the coast through tonight while a storm system will
become organized over the Upper Mississippi Valley. The resulting
surface low will deepen to 29.4 inches when it will pass over the
Upper Great Lakes...then will intensify to 29.1 inches as it makes
its way to western Quebec on Sunday. A strong cold front extending
south from this system will plow across Lake Ontario on Sunday
afternoon. A 30.4 inch high over the southern plains Sunday night
will nose across the Ohio Valley to the Lower Great Lakes on
Monday and move toward the mid Atlantic on Tuesday.

EVENING...

.THIS AFTERNOON...Southwest winds 10 knots or less becoming
northeast. A chance of showers late. Waves 2 feet or less.
.TONIGHT...East winds 5 to 15 knots becoming south. Showers
likely early, then a chance of showers. Waves 2 feet or less.
.SUNDAY...South winds 15 to 25 knots becoming southwest to
30 knots. Showers with a chance of thunderstorms in the
afternoon. Some thunderstorms may produce strong gusty winds.
Waves building to 4 to 7 feet. Waves occasionally around 9 feet.
.SUNDAY NIGHT...West gales to 40 knots becoming northwest and
diminishing to 30 knots overnight. A chance of showers. Waves
building to 9 to 13 feet. Waves occasionally around 16 feet.
.MONDAY...Northwest winds 15 to 25 knots. A chance of showers.
Waves 4 to 7 feet. Waves occasionally around 9 feet.
.TUESDAY...Southwest winds 15 to 25 knots. Waves 4 to 7 feet.
Waves occasionally around 9 feet.
.WEDNESDAY...Southwest winds 10 to 15 knots. Waves 2 to 4 feet.
