Channel including the Channel Islands National Marine Sanctuary
and National Park...at 20Z, or 1 PM PDT, a 1030 MB high was
centered 700 NM W of Point Conception. A 1004 MB thermal low was
located in southern Nevada. Hazardous NW winds and dangerous choppy
seas will affect the outer waters into the middle of the week.
