.DISCUSSION...
Clouds are expected to linger through early this morning period
before clearing takes place between late morning and early afternoon.
Once cloud cover clears, surface temperatures will warm and humidity
will drop. Westerly winds are expected to be light through the day
today. Temperatures will fall near or just below freezing tonight,
then southwest winds will warm temperatures another 10-15 degrees
Thursday. Warmer conditions will extend through the weekend with
highs making it into the 70s.
