...WIND ADVISORY IN EFFECT FROM 1 AM TO 7 PM CDT MONDAY...

* WHAT...Expect southerly winds of 20 to 30 mph...with gusts over 40
  mph possible.

* WHERE...Portions of central, eastern, north central, southeast,
  southwest, and western Arkansas.

* WHEN...From 1 AM to 7 PM CDT Monday.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
  limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
