Winds will gradually turn southwesterly today, and then southwest to westerly on Saturday as a low pressure system moves across the Southeast US. Mainly dry conditions will prevail across the region today, but an isolated shower or thunderstorm cannot be ruled out over interior areas during the afternoon. Chances for showers and thunderstorms will be slightly higher on Saturday as a front moves towards the area. Maximum dispersion values will be good to very good across most areas today and Saturday. Minimum relative humidity values may drop to around 35 percent across the interior sections this afternoon, and to around 40 percent on Saturday afternoon. Patchy fog may develop early this morning and again tonight into Saturday morning across interior areas of SW FL.
