.DISCUSSION...An upper level disturbance and frontal system will
bring wetting rain to the region most of Thursday and Thursday night.
The cool and wet weather persists into Friday with conditions trending
slightly drier Friday night. The wet pattern will continue for
locations west of the Cascades in Oregon. Things will likely be
dry for most of this weekend east of the Cascades and in northern
California. An active weather pattern persists into next week.
